- In-store: For full-priced items bought in-store, we offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days with a receipt. After 14 days, exchanges or store credit are available within 28 days. Sale items purchased in-store are non-refundable unless faulty, in which case an exchange or credit note will be issued.
