Returns Policy
Important Information – Please Read Before Returning Any Item
Return instructions and return addresses depend on who fulfilled your order.
Some items are fulfilled directly by Envy Boutique, while others are fulfilled by our trusted partner brands (such as Yumi and Azuni).
Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as returning an item to the wrong address may delay or prevent your refund.
Our Returns Window
We offer a 14-day returns policy.
You have 14 days from:
- the date your order was ready for collection, or
- the date you received your item (for postal orders),
to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unworn and unused
- with all original tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
Envy Boutique–Fulfilled Items
Items fulfilled directly by Envy Boutique may be returned to:

Returns may be:
- sent via a tracked and insured postal service, or
- returned in-store during opening hours
We strongly recommend using a tracked service that covers the value of the item.
Partner-Fulfilled Items (Including Yumi & Azuni)
Some items are fulfilled directly by our partner brands.
For partner-fulfilled items:
- You must contact us first before returning
- Return addresses may differ from our store address
- Return timeframes may differ from our standard policy
- We will provide the correct return instructions on behalf of the partner
- Refunds will be processed once the partner confirms receipt of the returned item
Partner-fulfilled items must not be returned to Envy Boutique unless we confirm this in writing.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at:

Please include:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for the return
We will then confirm the correct return process and address.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Earrings
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care and beauty products
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- with tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
